Rooms run Cisco Webex or Microsoft Teams Rooms on Cisco devices, so staff can join Teams, Webex, Zoom and Google Meet meetings from the same room. We design rooms to a small set of standard layouts using the Cisco Room Designer Toolkit, so a meeting room in one faculty works the same way as one in another, and support is simpler. Do the Rooms Work With Microsoft Teams and Zoom? Yes. Cisco room devices can run as Microsoft Teams Rooms or in Webex mode, and we deploy and manage both. Webex-mode rooms can also join Teams, Zoom and Google Meet meetings. Can Room Booking Work With Our Calendars? Yes. Room booking integrates with Exchange, Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace calendars and with Cisco scheduling panels outside each room.
