No. Meeting Rooms as a Service is a managed service for the video conferencing technology inside your own meeting rooms: the cameras, screens, microphones and touch panels, and the platform that runs them. We don't rent out rooms.

Can Meeting Rooms Sit on a Segmented Hospital Network?

Yes. We place room devices on their own network segment. Where Cisco ISE is in use, it profiles each device and puts it on the right VLAN wherever it plugs in, so meeting room traffic stays separate from biomedical, clinical and corporate systems.

Can You Support Meeting Rooms Around the Clock?

Yes. The Critical service tier covers 24x7x365, with coordinated on-site support for major issues through our Smart Hands partner network. Most faults are found and fixed remotely through Webex Control Hub and Highlight.

Can You Manage the Hospital Network as Well?
