IPTel's Meeting Rooms as a Service looks after the video conferencing technology in your own rooms. It isn't room hire: we cover design, installation, monitoring, firmware and refresh, and fix most faults remotely.
Because IPTel also manages Cisco and Meraki networks and Wi-Fi, one provider can look after both the meeting rooms and the site network they depend on. Our engineers hold mine-site inductions and can attend site when a fault needs hands-on work.

Is This Meeting Room Hire?
No. Meeting Rooms as a Service is a managed service for the video conferencing technology inside your own meeting rooms: the cameras, screens, microphones and touch panels, and the platform that runs them. We don't rent out rooms.
Can You Fix Meeting Room Faults Without Travelling to Site?
Usually, yes. Rooms are monitored centrally through Webex Control Hub and Highlight, so most faults are found and fixed remotely. When hands-on work is needed, our engineers hold mine-site inductions and can attend site.
Will the Rooms Work on Limited Site Bandwidth?
We plan each room for the bandwidth available at its site and set video quality to match. Where we also manage the site network, we prioritise meeting traffic so calls stay usable when the link is busy.
Can You Manage the Site Network as Well?
Yes. IPTel designs and manages Cisco and Meraki networks, Wi-Fi and SD-WAN, so the same team can look after the network your meeting rooms rely on.
Do the Rooms Work With Microsoft Teams?
Yes. Cisco room devices can run as Microsoft Teams Rooms or in Webex mode, and we deploy and manage both. Webex-mode rooms can also join Teams and Zoom meetings.
